A mad musical spoof on superheroes and supervillians, this comedy is first up on our theatre season line-up. Written by the Whedon brothers of Firefly, Serenity and Dollhouse fame, this musical originally starred Neil Patrick Harris as Dr. Horrible and made its debut on the internet during the Writers strike in 2008. It was a cult phenomenon with millions of viewers, winning numerous awards and rave reviews. Set in Los Angeles, the show tells the story of Dr Horrible, an aspiring supervillian; Captain Hammer his nemesis; and Penny, their mutual love interest.

No audition process. This production is for older students, ages 14 - 18. Limited casting opportunities. We strongly suggest you register now.

Rehearsals are Mondays and Thursdays beginning September 20th. Show dates are October 22nd - 23rd here at the Crow!

Stage Door Productions

We are excited to announce our production team for 2010-2011. This year cast members will be involved in weekly theatre arts classes in acting, dance and vocal with guest artists as well as Crow staff.

Stage Door classes will also include rehearsals on Wonderland, a modern day Alice in Wonderland script that will be performed for a dessert musical theatre production in May 2011 and performances during the school year in local community venues, school assemblies, corporate and public events.

This year's Broadway field trip will be Legally Blonde at the Hult Center in February 2011.

There is no audition process for the team. Open to ages 9 to 18 years of age.

Tuition is $45 a month. Classes begin Thursday, September 16th from 5:30 to 6:30 PM.
